The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. . the hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the area. the presence of a night market right outside the hotel added an enjoyable and lively atmosphere to the stay.
The lack of English, speaking staff during early mornings could be inconvenient for non, Chinese speakers. . Air pollution in the area affected the beautiful mountain views, which was disappointing.

The hotel was inexpensive and convenient to things in Guilin. I did not think Guilin was worth seeing. Too crowded and not interesting enough. The boat trip to Yangshuo was very beautiful and the only reason to come to this town.

Short distance to Xiangshan Scenic Area, just 1 mile. Walking distance to many attractions due to excellent access to a metro station...

The rooms are clean and location was good as when we walked out from the hotel, there are a daily night bazaar going on. Restaurants and shops are all nearby.
The cleanliness in the hotel lobby is terrible, we saw a rat running around the lobby one morning and immediately told the staff about it. The staff killed the rat in front of us by using the trash bin. Also, there is no facilities in this hotel such as toilet, restaurant, etc.

Good location
No one speaks english at all so it is very difficult to understand people. I guess that is most of china but it was a bit frustrating

This hotel is a gem in terms of value for money. With prices around $20-30 a night, it's a steal for the quality of accommodation and service provided. The staff are pleasant and efficient, always ready to assist with any requests. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the action, with a bustling night market right on the hotel's doorstep. It's the perfect place to soak up the local atmosphere and enjoy the vibrant street food scene.
No improvement needed, everything was just perfect!

The location was unbeatable, close to everything, the staff very helpful and althoug with limited English (as everywhere in China) they tried there best to help. Great bathroom, clean and modern.
They had only one lift, and it was extremely slow, otherwise everything OK. Although there is no WIFI in the bedroom, there is free internet connection throug cable in your room, and WIFI in the lobby.

We loved the convenience of the location, with a night market right on the pedestrian street in front of the hotel. It was so easy to explore the main high street with all the shops nearby. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, who were able to assist us even though they didn't speak much English.
Nothing it was perfect.

Great location and amazing service! I loved the free airport pickup and the spacious rooms. The hotel is situated in a bustling area with fantastic halal eateries within walking distance. The night market just outside the hotel was a definite highlight of my trip. The hotel staff was welcoming and helpful, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby and was quite slow. It would have been nice to have it in the rooms as well.
